The AAA Alameda Branch is a modern office in the Alameda Landing shopping center with plenty of easy parking. As a one-stop shop, it offers TourBook guides, TripTik travel planners, attraction tickets, passport photos, and international driving permits. The branch provides on-site insurance agents, home security consultations, notary services, and select DMV services, which saves a trip to the DMV. Members visit for DMV registration renewals, insurance policies, and other questions. The office is clean and well-organized. Upon entry, guests check in with the receptionist and their name is added to a list shown on video monitors. The service is quick, with walk-ins often completed within minutes. The staff is friendly, pleasant, informative, and helpful, creating a great service atmosphere. While some plans can be more expensive, the excellent and prompt service makes up the difference. Overall, visits are a nice, pleasant, and friendly experience.
