“Wells Fargo itself can be iffy and banks can be a very stressful place at times however this branch is wonderful (and WAY more helpful than the Otis branch in my opinion). I came in needing to stop payment on some cashiers checks. I had so much anxiety regarding whether I'd be able to do so and if I'd be able to get my money back In a timely fashion. Kieth and Arthur were beyond helpful and I cannot express my gratitude enough. The process was long we had to call the customer service line, fill out and notarize paperwork, yada yada yada but they did not complain about helping me one bit they just powered through it with a good attitude and got it done for me. They were able to stop payment for me and gave me the money back right away. After being so stressed out going into the bank I left with no burdens and had peace of mind about everything. Again thank you Keith and Arthur so much you guys really turned a horrible situation around for me, you two are awesome.”

“Busy location, but all the staff is helpful. I needed assistance with a wire transfer, the person that greets you as you enter helped me do it online fine my laptop and even provided a open office to allow me privacy. For me, she went above and beyond. 5 stars for me. Sucks I don't remember her name.”

“Great service and location. Great staff and I like the self service safety deposit box option. They're friendly, flexible, and fantastic at this location. The branch manager used to be Inga but she left and now it's Cindy and she's great. Sheila is also great for accounts and other service. Support them and open some accounts!”
