You'd have to travel far and wide to find someone like Karen Bondreaux. Big City's website says Karen will go to any lengths to make her customers happy and this is TRUE. She researches deeply and provides choices with the various pro's and con's. Very responsible and responsive. Can't say more! Rave review.
