“The owner, Geoff, is very patient and takes time to listen to your needs. They offer a huge amount of printing services! From business checks and brochures to promo items with your company's/small business' logo on them, glassware and water bottles, t-shirts and food packaging boxes and stickers, presentation folders...You name it...I'm pretty sure Geoff can figure it out for you. ? He has been with Big City since 1998! And purchased the business earlier this year, from the owner (his business mentor) upon her retirement. I LOVE that you can visit the office to view samples of a lot of the jobs they've done, so you can get a visual idea of how something may turn out before ordering. ??? “A bit cluttered but excellent staff assistance. Was greeted at the door by a staff member and easily found what I was looking for. I was a bit disappointed that hanging file folder came in counts of either 6 or 20 with nothing in between. I could have simply bought two packs of 6, but it would have been far too expensive. The price for what I wanted, I loved the discounted notebooks, and I had to buy one of them as well, love to get one for 55 cents, love the rare specials. The aisles were being stocked, and there was an impressive school focused section, but it seemed like a bit of a ghost town in the afternoon. The checkout staff member was helpful, and tried to track down the aforementioned middle pack of folders, but no luck. Also received a parting greeting, which is always pleasant.”

“I highly recommend Red Tie printing. My colleagues and I have been sending print jobs to Monty at Red Tie Printing for the past decade for corporate brochures for stakeholder outreach and sales. Monty’s service is first-rate and the print quality is far superior to what you would get at FedEx or similar.

Monty takes the time to carefully review and set up every print job and there have been instances where he has noticed a typo or digital artifact of the design process and given us a heads up and the chance to fix the design before printing. He is always able to accommodate our tight timelines and makes sure we have our prints in hand before business travel.

This week I sent Monty a rush print job which he graciously accepted and produced, but then I was unable to pick up the prints before his shop closed. Monty took the time to reach out to me via email and ultimately he personally delivered the prints to me so I could make a flight on time with them. This service goes so far above and beyond what I would expect of any print shop or really business of any kind and I was truly touched by his consideration and effort.
