About Champlifier Audio Services
Champlifier Audio Services is a speaker and audio equipment repair business known for its expertise and thorough craftsmanship. The service is highly recommended for any speaker or audio repair needs. Customers consistently describe the technician as very experienced, knowledgeable, and a true craftsman in his field who does a great job. He shows genuine care and concern for each problem, providing clear explanations and professional guidance. He is honest about the time and quality of work required for a repair, offering straightforward advice on the return on investment and suggesting alternatives when appropriate. He does not rush or perform quick patch jobs; instead, he takes the time to do the job right, thoroughly repairing equipment as if it were his own. This dedication means he cannot provide cost estimates without first opening a unit for a diagnostic inspection, for which a deposit is required. This deposit is later applied to the total repair cost. This process is explained as reasonable, as diagnostic time is valuable. The service is noted for resolving complex issues, including intermittent outages and heat-related damage, often saving older equipment. Customers report leaving with items working better than ever and express complete satisfaction with the outcomes. The overall experience is marked by a high level of customer service, professionalism, and helpful expertise, making the service well worth the time and money invested.

Sheldon, is a total pro and very knowledgeable. He is also very honest. I love my 1978 Concept 3.5 receiver he sold me. Don't just drop anything off with him and expect fast repairs. He does complete work and doesn't rush jobs. We are extremely lucky to have a repair person like him in the East Bay!
