I felt the pricing was below what others would've charged for the same service - which was a complete hard drive failure/replacement with an OS reloaded under $3 bills. YY also did a comp upgrade from 512 to 1TB so that is an added great thing as well! Support local business and if you have MacBook issues this is the spot for The SF Bay Area -without any doubt!”

“I am so glad to have this place nearby. The owner is honest and will tell you if he doesn't think a repair is likely and/or worth the cost. I had one laptop that needed a new screen, and he told me that for the cost to replace it (an older model) I'd be better off buying a new one. He has replaced the charging port in one of my laptops, which has allowed me to continuting using it even a year later. And after I recently spilled coffee with lots of milk on a new laptop that I'd hardly used, he was not optimistic he could fix it, but I asked him to try anyway, and he was able to clean it out and replace the keyboard, and now it's working again. The cost was totally reasonable in light of the price of the laptop and short time I'd used it.Plus, he still uses a dot matrix printer, which is quite a feat!I totally recommend this place.”

“M.A.C. rescued me when my printer jammed and I could not free it. HP online support was useless and their chat also, so I quickly looked up computer repair, found MAC, called them up and was able to bring in the printer just before they closed.
