Coral Reef Inn & Suites is a gorgeous place for a vacation or getaway, considered a hidden gem and the best overall by many guests. The location is amazing and convenient, with the beach just one block away and shopping centers with the best restaurants directly across the street. The grounds are well-maintained and very clean. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and provide excellent customer service and personal service, quickly addressing any issues to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious, with some like a one-bedroom apartment. While generally excellent, some notes mention the shower is kinda old and the location can be a bit noisy. The hotel offers great overall value and has exceeded expectations, with many guests stating they will return and can’t wait to come back. It is recommended for any occasion.
Nice location and affordable. Rooms were dated and neglected. My room had stains on the couch. Exposed carpet nails and old appliances.

I stayed for a week and loved the location. However, the staff was somewhat rude and the rooms are quite dirty. I also noticed they refuse to clean the rooms except if you ask the front desk repeatedly, unless you checkout.

If you want to compensate amenities for atmosphere. This is the place. It's got an apartment style charm with very large size patio if it's facing the Alameda waters. So tranquil. My son enjoyed setting and looking at the water.
