The Marina Village Inn offers a basic yet comfortable accommodation option for visitors to the area. The rooms are generally clean and quiet, with amenities like small fridges and air conditioning units, though some guests have noted issues with the door and heating. The continental breakfast provided is quite limited, consisting of a basic coffee dispenser, powdered creamer, pre-packaged pastries, and bottled juices, rather than any fresh options. The location of the inn, situated right on the water, is a major draw for many guests, who appreciate the scenic views of the nearby marina. The staff is described as very helpful, particularly when guests are looking for recommendations on local attractions and activities. While some aspects of the accommodations may not be ideal, such as the lack of privacy in the bathrooms, the overall consensus is that the Marina Village Inn provides a reasonably priced and convenient option for those visiting the area. The clean rooms, customer service, and picturesque location make it a suitable choice for many travelers.
Peaceful corner of Alameda facing a Marina of small sail and yachts. Not a fancy place, but a good respite corner. Communal entry/dining area for taking food. Tea/coffee service with microwave. Laundry and ice/water. Indoor outdoor feel. I had a balcony with chair foot rest and table and a lovely view. Very clean

Great getway by the water in Alameda CA. Love the walk up rooms and the privacy. However try to get an upstairs room and you will thank me later.

The rooms have that ol motel 6 smell. Refurbished...kind of. Bring your own TP because the wax paper they provide has a thinness which is only exceeded by its viscosity. Which is probably why the rooms are so affordable.
