Absolutely terrible experience, terrible staff, stressful and difficult process from A-Z, would give this place -10/10 if I can!! Do not go here even if you have to make an appointment in San Jose!! Just for reference I specifically requested the staff to bill my personal insurance so I can avoid copayment. Only to find out that both my work and personal insurance were billed! And I was sent to collections. Sick and absolutely disgusting, devious, immoral practices. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS, HOPEFULLY THIS SPOT CLOSES DOWN PERMANENTLY!!

Rating is based solely on the people.My first time here was today (01/09/2024)-with an appt. I will say getting early appts (for fasting etc) in a decent time frame here is difficult. That’s the only complaint I have.My experience was very good. I was called back very close to my appt time. I had a lot of orders which I didn’t realize before getting there. I am a very difficult draw for everyone everywhere. My veins are a major issue, getting my blood to come out is an issue and it clotting is an issue. I drink tons of extra water starting the whole day before to help with this. I can’t imagine if I didn’t.Today was a hard one. Two of the women here were working together to get it done and get my orders filled. They were very patient and kind to me (not everyone is) during such a difficult situation. They used hand warmers to help since arms were a no go. I learned about using the hand warmers before coming in now. I’ll be getting some of those for future draws. I have been to a lot of labs/hospitals and have been poked by many people at all skill levels, I’m a hard draw for them all. Neither of these women hurt me. That’s an important thing to mention. I would be totally cool to come back here especially with either of these two women. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names. I was in room two and the other woman may have been working in the first room but I cannot say that with any real certainty.

I reduced the review because I had an appt and I'M STILL WAITING more than 40 minutes later. I only want my blood taken! This is very disrespectful of my time on a workday. Having said that, Sabrina was excellent. She took care of me efficiently and quickly once she got to me. To me, this means that quest needs to hire more people.

There are good and bad things. Overall, most of the people doing the draws have been good. That's the most important part. But... The downsides: 1. A complete mess inside! Do not expect a reasonably organized environment. I always wonder about the cleanliness because everything is such a mess that I wonder if it can be kept clean enough. It seems decently clean, but not sure... 2. You cannot talk to a person. There is no way to call in advance to ask a question. You have to sign in on a tablet device, there is no one staffing the front desk. Again, no way to ask anyone anything. Very customer-UN-friendly!! This is a huge turnoff for me. For example, I was dropping off a specimen so I didn't have an appointment, but it turned out I was supposed to have an appointment for the dropoff (which they didn't tell me when I picked up the stuff), so I'm sitting there with the specimen in my lap waiting and finally let someone know that this thing is supposed to be refrigerated. They took it but I still had to wait longer and then sit in an exam room while they typed things into a computer for a long time. 3. The room where you pee in a cup is freezing cold and has nowhere to put the specimen cup down. Luckily I have not had any troubles with the actual blood draws, the people have been good. But it must not be a great place to work because I have never, I mean never ever, seen anyone that was there on a previous visit. I keep going there because it's convenient and I haven't had trouble with the blood draws themselves, but I wouldn't recommend the place, and I might try going somewhere else instead.

I pulled at 11:15am because they close at 12. I walk up and there is a sign on the door stating they are on lunch until 12:30. This is crazy I am pregnant and need this lab work completed.

Not bad at all. I missed my appointment by 15 minutes, but they could still see me. I only had to wait 5 minutes, with the option of receiving a text message if I waited outside. The blood draw just took a few minutes, and I was done. Very smooth. The phlebotomist was great.

Wasn't open as stated online. Hours even said verified. We came and they had white labels over the times.

Attention is rubbish, they treat you like a fool, and if you make your appointment online they say they don’t have it, and the people who are there treat you like garbage (they believe what they are not) never come here

Tried several times to schedule appt online. Never gave me a calendar to choose from. The calendar for yesterday shows up today. That doesn't help. I call the office, recorded message says you have to schedule online and hangs up. Can't get a live person. Walk in and completely ignored as 3 employees stood around chatting, looked at me and walked off. Finally one comes back and said I have to wait and if lunch time comes around I'll have to come back later. Been here before and have seen employees be very rude to patients. Time to change labs!

My husband came to get his blood drawn early in the morning and decided to wait in the car and receive a message when he was getting called. My husband received a message to make his way inside and he would get called shortly, once he stayed went inside the lady told him he missed his call in which he was NEVER called! He waited for 10 minutes after receiving that message and not once was called! The lady proceeded to tell him that he needed to wait on standby afterwards. Why would quest give you the option to wait inside your car? Why would the phlebotomist not even follow the rules in regards to that? This is so unprofessional! Never again.

I came in early morning with an appointment. I did not wait past my appointment time. The phlebotomist was fast. This office is kind of tucked away. We sort of had a hard time finding it. It's in the tiny strip of village like mini-offices towards the front of the shopping center. It doesn't immediately jump out at you if you've never been here before.

Violently blares their commercials on their TV worse than any gas station commercials because it's the same one over and over and you can't get away from it. Nasty staff. No one staffs the front desk so you can only get your questions answered if you jump up when they open the door. What a bullshit corporate excuse for medical "care". Never again.
