Couldn’t make an appointment so did walk in instead. It was Wednesday morning, checking in with the kiosk was straightforward, got in and out within 30 mins. Overall pretty smooth and staff was very friendly!

Despite the many negative reviews I had a great experience. Phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. The waiting room is a bit small so I wouldn't recommend bringing too many people with you because it gets crowded. Check in super easy if you have an appointment
