I came to send back tmobile equipment, somehow I wasn't informed by tmobile that I had to pay for shipping printed labels, ups clerk was going to charge $4 for one page,this is outrageous prices, it should be for free since the store definitely get some dividends from tmobile. The big guy, clerk was very friendly and tried to help me as much as he could, but the girl who might be his supervisor was very cold,unfriendly, not compassionate, people like this shouldn't be working in customer service, since they work against customers .

Bad experience! The UPS employee was ill-tempered when I went for LiveScan service. His fingerprinting machine was not working as two of my fingers was not scanning like it should (according to him). Told me immediately to go somewhere else (after two attempts) without resolving the issue.

This is without a doubt the nicest UPS store I've been to in recent memory. Short wait time (during the middle of the day when I go, at least.) I'm so used to getting super hostile attitudes from other UPS stores about processing Amazon returns, so I was honestly taken by surprise. Wouldn't hesitate to give them my business.

I go there a lot lately because I have a lot of amazon returns. Employees are always very helpful and there are 2 ppl working there all the time so the wait is not too bad even when there is a line.

I was told to contact Amazon that my return shipment was rejected because the Amazon container is now full. Aka, the clerk did not want to do the due diligence to make this work or in the least suggest the option that the return would be made the following day when it can fit in the box. SMH. Poor CUSTOMER service. Limited empathy for the customer. Little to no creative problem solving.

Your front lock is not working, please fix it immediately or send me a new key. I have to come back again and it’s wasting my time and energy.Call a licensed locksmith and fix the lock.
