I was told to contact Amazon that my return shipment was rejected because the Amazon container is now full. Aka, the clerk did not want to do the due diligence to make this work or in the least suggest the option that the return would be made the following day when it can fit in the box. SMH. Poor CUSTOMER service. Limited empathy for the customer. Little to no creative problem solving.

Your front lock is not working, please fix it immediately or send me a new key. I have to come back again and it’s wasting my time and energy.Call a licensed locksmith and fix the lock.

My moving boxes were ruined during the rainy season so I bought some more here. Bought five boxes, charged for five boxes, but received four.Maybe an honest mistake or maybe because employee was on phone? Just wish I had time to get refund for a $16.99 box.Called for a refund but another employee hung up on me.

The young lady who notarizes has abhorrent customer service. In the past, I've gone and had items notarized by a gentleman (looks as if he might be her father- so professional and efficient). She was so indifferent, acting as if I put her out for soliciting their notary services. At the height of her rudeness, she decides to help another customer- even though I'm waiting for her to ring me up and pay. My son-who was waiting outside- even came in worried and said "is everything o.k.?" As several customers had come and left with packages....That's the last $75 I will spend there. They may be close in proximity to my home- I will travel a mile or two if I ever need any of the services they provide.

I usually try a place out at least once, but I should have listened to all the other reviewers here. I usually drop off at the local UPS store by my house for Amazon returns (or even at Kohl's), but this time, I figured give this location a try since it's like 7 minutes away from where I work.This is the first time Amazon did not receive the items I am returning. Would never use this location again for anything.

Would give zero stars if I could. Came here twice as I needed fingerprint services for my job background check. The first time the lady behind the counter, youngish woman helped me but had a rude and condescending tone throughout our interaction. She told me to come back with one piece of information I was missing. The next time I came back with that information, she turned me away again as it needed to be in some sort of structured form. I'm not sure why she didn't just tell me that from the beginning. When I asked her a clarifying question she turned her back to me and started having a random conversation with her coworker. Not to mention, she barely seemed interested in helping despite the fact that i was polite throughout our interaction. This place should hire people who are actually interested in doing their jobs instead of some rude lady that brings her dark and negative energy around others who don't deserve it. Will never come back to this crappy place again. Also reading the other reviews and the way the owner rudely responds tells you all you need to know about this business.

I used to bring all my packages here to ship out every other days. Services here were okay at first but recently I noticed a decline in service quality and they seems to want to charge you for everything. I brought in 10 packages and one of them the tape came off and the girl working there wanted ti charge me $1.50 for a piece of tape about 5 inches. That was the last straws for me on that day. I took all my packages to FEDEX store. The services were much more pleasant and they noticed the package that the tape came off and they taped it up for me without any issues. Now they have all my shipping packages.

Just returning some Amazon items which is usually shift and easy where ever you go. The customer service woman was snarky and condescending for whatever reason. Won't be returning.

Came here today with an Amazon return. My Amazon box (small box) was open and the young lady working there had such a bad attitude when I asked her for some tape to seal it with she said she would have to charge me a dollar. Rather than going home again and wasting my time I paid the dollar for 6 inches of tape to be used to seal my box. Given this is a neighborhood store it was not necessary to treat me so rude and not provide a little tape. I would have understood if it was lots and lots of boxes and I was asking to use their tape but this was a small box. I gave her cash. I should have asked for a receipt. Such a shame a neighborhood shop treats its community like this. I will avoid coming here in the future.

this store is conveniently located in the small Harbor Bay shopping center, tucked toward the back to the left of the Safeway that anchors this area.while I've visited this location numerous times over the years, this review is for a culmination of this month's visit to this location.the first time in July, the two younger women behind the counter seemed really interested in talking to a man standing adjacent to the counter. they did not stop their conversation to attend to me while I was waiting in plain view after walking in. when I was finally attended to, i dismissed this experience as them being too inexperienced in a customer-centric service business. the next time I visited, these same two were focused on another man's friendly dog, playing and petting the small animal. I waited for a couple minutes before they realized I was there. when one of them finally noticed, she did not greet me but instead signaled me to put my packaging onto their scale. again, their focus wasn't on people. when I said thank you for them providing a receipt to me, that was the only time they spoke back... to say "you're welcome". on the most recent visit, a woman (different from the other two women) did help me immediately upon walking in. but behind the back wall behind the counter, you could loudly hear another woman complaining about some sort of personal problem. not sure if she was talking to another person or into her phone, but not exactly what you want to hear at a service counter coming from a disembodied voice. maybe it was one of the younger women I previously mentioned? this was unprofessional and completely lacking in awareness.while the store does do what they do: accept packages, help you with shipping, providing you you're packages... it is probably too much expectation to have it be more customer centric.
