The United States Postal Service at 1415 Webster St is known for its friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the kindness and patience of the employees, who take the time to assist with questions and provide efficient service. Many reviews highlight the quick service, with customers often in and out in just a couple of minutes. The location is described as a good little community post office that features many PO Boxes and rarely has long lines. Although there have been some concerns about the website not mentioning lunch hours and occasional stamp shortages, overall experiences are positive. Customers enjoy the availability of seasonal and special edition stamps, making the process of mailing enjoyable. This post office stands out as one of the least busy and friendliest in the East Bay, making it a preferred choice for many residents.
Would be helpful if the website or Google information posted that they take a lunch break from 1 to 2 PM every day and no one is available at the window. Also more than once I’ve been here and they said they are out of stamps. How is the post office of all places out of stamps?
