“This is my go to location for all ups related business. I love their new hours. They close a little later than most ups stores and are now open on Sunday’s which is super helpful with all this online shopping going on nowadays. I always arrive a little late, a few minutes past their normal business hours and they still make the exception to take my packages even though they could simply refuse. The new owners are very kind and pleasant to work with compared to the previous ones. Back at the start of 2020 when Covid was disrupting business as usual the previous owners stopped giving us receipts for our packages which caused huge issues whenever packages ended up missing or stolen so I stopped coming here but ever since the new management took over this place has been best ups store around.”

“I wanted to report about the great printing experience I had here. I didn't get her name but this wonderful lady with a bun working this morning helped me get my poster printed for my class assignment. She let me reprint the poster multiple times to get the best quality I she could. One poster came out too dark, others had streaks because of the dark background, etc. She even offered to put on a matte laminate finish but it ended up being too shiny so she printed it again. On the final poster she did such a good job being careful with it and the quality came out beautifully. I am so grateful, a wonderful experience.”

“Quality/Quantity - Good, mainly used for Amazon returns. Or UPS mailings. Atmosphere - Small locally owned UPS station, I believe this is a franchise location. Open 6 days a week, closed Sundays. See picture for specific times. Packing & shipping boxes. Document shredding - but not on site. Printing. Mailboxes. Notary services. Passport photos. House accounts - see website. Faxing & scanning. Etc. Service - Good. People are not excessively friendly, but they do their job. So, thank you. Price - Mostly free (Amazon returns); rest of the prices are the UPS set prices, compatible to Fed Express, etc. Least expensive is USPS, but you get what you pay for... Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success, we like coming here because it is rarely busy and we get service right away.”

“Arman is so helpful and kind! I always stop here for any packages/mail. Much better than going to USPS and standing in a long line only to have someone rude and unhelpful assisting you. He also does notarizations, FedEx, etc.!”

“Every time I have been to this location it has been at the moment they open the doors. It doesn’t matter who is working at the time but they are ALWAYS so nice and helpful. There is nothing I could change to make it a better, more friendly, or faster experience. My hats off to the staff!”

“As a single family household on middle island, I don't have access to easily drive to the post office on Webster. Square One has become a regular stop and I'm so thankful for the convenience to mail my packages more easily. They can accommodate shipping service for USPS, FedEx, etc and truly make it a one stop shop.”

“Good little community post office with lots of PO Boxes. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait in line here. I do frequently come with all my postage purchased online, so I just drop off 90% of the time. I do often purchase stamps at the counter, staff are always very friendly and take time to show me the seasonal stamps and cute special editions. I send a lot of snail mail for fun. It’s one of the least busy, and friendliest post offices in the entire east bay.”

“This is a hidden gem, which includes a parking lot. Wish I knew that before I found street parking, but they only had a tiny parking lot for 2 automobiles. Still good to know for the future reference. I came right before lunch and got lucky that only 1 customer was in line. The employee was nice enough to guide me on which form to fill out, because I was sending stuff to Switzerland. She helped me pick the best price for me, and process was quick.”
