“This is probably one of the nicest looking Ross in the area well kept clean restrooms and stocked isles. The staff greets you all smiles and even small talk if nots too busy, and when it does get busy the manager has scheduled weekly in order to over lap some of the employees to assess the busy floors and it works because lines are cut down. I think the only negative I have noticed is the half dozen times I have visited here 2 hours before closing there have been shoplifters just walking out hugs of items in arms.”

To exchange a jacket I was given for Xmas they didn't have my size but a nice. young lady named Adriana helped me find one at two other stores she then called to make sure they did in fact have them she then had them put it on hold for me .. this was great customer service and I greatly appreciated her . “I I have been buying nice clothing from Patrick James since they were in the Campbell Pruneyard in the late 60s I can never go to another store to find the same quality others try but they can't match I've dealt with many of their key personnel and they've helped me in all of my endeavors of clothing. I like nice clothes that last and look good on me. Ollie and Richard are great in Danville. to sum this up, all I could say, is they have quality clothing at a Reasonable price you won't have to look further. “Had to get a shirt last minute for a work event today. Two amazing women helped me. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I asked if they could steam the shirt, which they did. I was able to come back and pick it up the shirt that day. The other stores in the area wouldn't do that. Amazing customer service. Thank you”

“What a fun place to have landed this past Saturday. My husband and I took a quick trip to walnut creek as it had one of the only jewelry stores that carried watch bands for his high end watch. We were looking for a place to grab a quick bite and happened to walk past the boutique. Honestly I might have kept walking, but my husband noticed a dress he thought would great on me ( which it did) so I stopped in. What a find!!! I ended up getting the dress at a great price ! The young lady helping me was terrific and did a wonderful job of identifying my style. I live approx 3 hours away, I will be back!”
“Had a great experience today at Untuckit in Walnut Creek. Isaiah opened the store promptly at 10am, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. He brought out all the styles they had in my size, made recommendations as too what color shoes, and pants would go with the styles I picked out! Then once I was done selecting, he offed to steam the shirts for me! Great experience overall, will definitely be going back!”
“A very stylish friend of mine asked me to take her here on a Mother's Day shopping excursion, which I was all too happy to do. The name and location gave me pause but the items inside were amazing - including my new favorite vintage sweatshirt from Raquel Allegra that I plucked from the sale rack. “I visit this store almost on a weekly basis to pick up my niece, so thought I could give it a review. It's located on the upper floor, right behind the elevator so the location is very convenient. Collection and style: a few years ago, it was a great choice, but now the items look too similar and are too expensive, especially when there is Uniqlo in the same mall where you can find much higher quality clothes for a more affordable price. Services: The store itself is clean and well-kept, and the employees are nice. I notice a lot of students working part-time throughout the summer, so they may have missed or misunderstood your question. As long as they're willing to check and get back to us, I'm fine with that. I only go here if I can't find what I'm searching for elsewhere, and that's generally jeans. One thing to keep in mind: Don't use curbside pickup (or at least right now). Their system does not handle it very well. I used it once and had to walk to the store after waiting 30 minutes for a curbside, so I know how slow their system is. No one called to let me know that they missed the order when it appeared on the system.”

I've always had a wonderful experience at this location, with customer service & just the helpfulness that is sincere.Although a bit pricey, I usually save up enough to use my reward certificates to purchase items. Add 20% with a Black Friday Deal & it is definitely a more affordable option for me.Items Purchased:1.Cozy Karma Twisted Neck Sweatshirt $108I chose the Burgundy color in size XS per the website recommendation, but it was smaller than I had expected so had to go up a size to an S. It's a hassle to return so I would recommend trying it 1st before purchasing. But I love the soft fuzzy lining inside so I could wear this alone without a coat if I wanted to in the daytime.2.Recharge Sweatshirt $79 a nice stretchy material in Cream that I could easily pair with a tank top. This can be dressed up or worn as a casual exercise top so I love the versatility in this sweatshirt.3.Brooklyn Lined Pant $109 a lightly lined pair of pants that can be dressed up or worn casually $ matched with the Recharge Sweatshirt easily. Since I am 5'2" I needed to alter the length & it took about a week, free of charge.4.Altitude Stash High Rise Polartec $119 I've been eyeing this for a while since the $119 was a deterrent, but it was on special for $69 so I bought an XS & it fit perfectly. I love that it's a warm fuzzy lined pair of leggings to wear during the winter season.My next purchase may be the Triumph Hoodie $108, but in the meantime I am happy with my purchases & the great experience I've had at The Lot's Athleta.”

Price points are amazing and the staff is super helpful and know their inventory in and out! If they couldn’t find a size I needed they were able to order it online with free shipping. One of the best experiences I’ve had all year! Pop-ups are so much fun and they will notify me of where they are next year via text what could be better! The quality of the cashmere is also top-notch along with styles that I’ve seen in magazines that I really wanted but at a price I could afford. I must go!”
