“Not thrilled about their pick up process. Very confusing for 1st time goer. Place is out of the way for me. The service provided is amazing. They are very good at cleaning shoes. Even tho it's a drive for me to get here, I will be coming back to have more shoes getting revived and looking new again from here. Heavily reccomend these folks!”

“I am long overdue on my review of this facility.
I came here as i was late getting out to do my laundry and they are open the latest in the area. I was reluctant at first as it is in an area where nothing else is open. I was so relieved to find it is so clean and the other patrons wer very friendly, also relieved as my washer did not work, frustrated i called the number that was posted, fully expecting nothing to happen as it was late and previous experience was no one reponds to calls at the laundromats. Right away i got a call back they told me to take my laundry out and put it in a certain washer and they would start it for
me, they could see which washer was open! I was amazed, they are hands on and want to make sure customers have a great experience at their facility
I definitely will go back if need be. This has proven to be a clean, safe, secure environment and my clothes for clean. Word of caution they close at 11:00 pm everything automatically shuts OFF at 11:00 pm”

“I am completely blown way by our experience today. We took my son’s clothes to be washed and folded and had an appointment with Jeannie. She is absolutely fantastic! Everything from booking the appointment, to the communication, to the drop off and finally picking the clothes back up was first rate. Jeannie was attentive, and so kind. Our washing machine decided to die on a Wednesday, following my husband returning from a trip. We had multiple towels, wash cloths and all the regular day to day clothes, including what he'd worn while being out of town. The washer can't be repaired for a couple of weeks so we needed a solution.
Big Wave Laundromat offers Wash and Fold services by the pound. We took in everything we had before 10am on the Thursday and they had it washed, folded and packed in a plastic bag in the hamper we brought it in with before 2pm. They even used our laundry detergent that we brought with it.
I will absolutely be coming back until our washing machine is fixed and cannot say enough on how their professional service saved us in this situation!”

“Have been having my clothes cleaned here for 25 years. Anna and her husband are the kindest, nicest people, and they have gotten out every stain you can imagine for my 4 kid, very messy family. They have sewn couch pillows, fixed torn favorite shirts, hemmed dresses that were too long, let it back out once they grew...they are the BEST and they are always so sweet. For all the people that claim it is too $$- geez, ridiculous- they are worth every penny, and you absolutely get what you pay for. Excellent service, and wonderful people.”

“I have been looking for the perfect person who can do my Jeans Alterations. I tried Nordstrom in Walnut Creek not satisfied I will give them Zero star if I can, do not waste your money . Then I had lunch with my friends near her shop so I said I should try this place . One day I stopped by told her what I want and she has suggestions so I said okay . What a surprised it was done perfectly ! From then on she is my go to if needed any alterations and dry cleaning. I can say pretty sure I am hard to please but she did . Excellence right there ! Thank you Suki .”

“I've been taking my clothes to Hamlin for 20 years and have NEVER had a dress shirt come back with a crease. And you get what you pay for. I'm in there weekly and everything looks great...EVERY TIME. He's open for 5 HOURS on a Saturday. Jesus, I think you can figure out when to get there.”
“Good prices, quick turnaround, excellent alterations of anything. I've had cool Tshirts that were undesirable men's style turned into women's with scooped neckline and scalloped bottom. Perfect! Had an expensive king blanket altered to a queen. Nice, helpful people. Think Norma is owner. And she's always there.”
