“My favorite errand to run is always Lafayette Pack & Ship. Sue and Ian are such a pleasure to visit and they do a great job with whatever I need them to do. Ian has notarized all kinds of things for our small business. He has taken passport pictures. He has packed and shipped many, many packages to send all over the country.
Sue does a beautiful job printing my company newsletter every month. The pictures are bright and clear and all the colors pop. I really like the paper also. It has such a great feel. I am always getting compliments. The printing is always so quick too! I email Sue a pdf and she always calls me within an hour or two.
A few times I have been one of those difficult customers with some thorny problem and both Sue and Ian are irrepressibly cheerful and innovative with their problem solving. I feel lucky to have them in my neighborhood.”

“The team at Island Advertising was fantastic! I had to get several items done for a company launch and because of the pandemic, I thought it would be extremely difficult. I called and spoke with the owner about what I was looking for - she gave me great ideas to enhance our launch, sent me virtual images of the items with our logo on them, pricing, and I also visited their store in Danville to look at a few samples. The experience could not have been better - friendly, they were following all the COVID guidelines; wearing masks, hand sanitizers out, front door open for ventilation, large showroom, and great staff. Within 45 minutes, they helped me review samples, our artwork, offered insightful suggestions and ideas, provided the final quote (nicely surprised by their pricing because I know what we paid at another supplier for a few of the items), I placed the order, and everything arrived ahead of time. The final test - our team was thrilled with the final product and more importantly, our launch was very successful because of the help from Island Advertising! “Jessica and Jason at UPS at the Orchard Shopping center in Walnut Creek give the best service and personal attention. Whenever I have something special to copy I go there because they always listen and create the best possible outcome. My requests are never easy, but they work together and are motivated to make me happy. In fact today, Jessica would not stop be be more perfect even though I already was 100 % satisfied with what she had printed so far. She said “ I want to do a perfect job”. Besides this attention to detail both Jessica and Jason have a great sense of humor. It is so good to laugh with them.
It is a treat for me to go there because I ride my bike and enjoy “the outing”.”
