Piper welcomed me and began to discuss packing options, etc. When Amar recognized that I was asking about box size requirements, etc., he immediately stepped forward to assist. He, too, was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I entrusted the entire process to them, at a fair cost, and look forward to hearing that the machine arrived in excellent condition. There are other UPS stores closer to my home. I'm now a loyal Danville Blvd fan!”
