Been to this lab many times, wait time is less than 20 mins, often close to 10, all personnel is friendly and professional, very kind.

Quick, friendly, cheerful. Once time, my lab order had expired, and the they pursued it until they actually got somebody on the phone to OK the test so I wouldn't have to come back. Outstanding service!

it's a lab. they draw blood. I haven't experienced rude personnel like the other reviewer. not much else to say, they didn't wow me with songs or chocolate - they're just a regular old medical lab.
