They tried to accommodate everyone even when it is really busy. It is true that you do not physically see a physician, but they do send the documents over to have the physicians review it. Overall, it worked out really well for me, and I personally think the price is reasonable compared to what you'd get at a doctor/physician's office.”

“It's my go to for lab work even though I live in Novato. Their system is smooth, they have enough staffing. No appointment needed, it can be busy but not so much that you are there that long. Big plus is that UCSF has your information in their system already and you get the results in "my chart" app as soon as it is in. Their hours are very good too.”

“Went here with my mom for a lab work Tuesday morning. We didn't have an appointment following a doctor visit so it was busy and waited about 50 minutes. The office is small, seats about 7 chairs. There are restrooms available across the hallway from this office, which is key# coded. Some of the employees are bilingual (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) Emily helped my mom with her blood work. My mom said she was really nice and did a great job, noting that she had never experienced such a quick and efficient blood drawing in one go. My mom's chinese speaking with very limited English, but Emily (English speaking only) made my mom feel comfortable. Thanks Emily, of LabCorps in Chinatown SF!”

“I have worked with 2 practitioners predominantly. 1 as my primary and 1 for when she's not available. I cannot rave about these women enough. I have been made comfortable and listened to. I have received proper diagnosis and medication that has improved the quality of my life dramatically. Their compassion and willingness to listen to the patient, especially as a woman, is outstanding. They have never been dismissive or made me uncomfortable. Their billing department is fantastic as is their nursing team who deal with pharmacy errors and issues. The type of care ranges from ADHD to Primary Care Practices. And they can work with you on things like UTI where you are just miserable and uncomfortable. Without hassle. And you can see your practitioner in various in person locations. I'm in NY. I have Mariya and Christine as my practitioners. They have an incredibly sensitive and caring network that I've been more than pleased with. I cannot rave about this service enough. It's changed my life accessing quality health care from my home!”

I wont go anywhere else from now on. They were covered by my insurance (United Healthcare) as a free standing facility and were listed by my insurance as 'Bio Reference Laboratories' in case you want to check if your insurance covers them.”

“Shoutout to the Filipina phlebotomist working 9/20 Friday! I HATE NEEDLES. Its why I haven't had a proper physical in years and why I don't know my blood type. After years of not getting a physical, I finally did it, which included getting a few blood tests. As irrational as my fear for needles sound, the woman working was super super super sweet. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Because I was nervous, she had me lie down, do exercises to keep my mind off of it, and counted with me. I still felt the pinch, I still had my eyes closed tight, and I still hated it but it was as pleasant as it could ever be for me. Very glad I went here to get my blood drawn and will come here again, but only if she's working here!”

“I had a great experience at this LabCorp location today. Walked in without an appointment on a Friday morning. Kiosk check-in was smooth (ID and medical card get scanned so I didn't have to enter everything manually) then I was called up to the check-in counter within five or ten minutes. Shortly afterwards the lab tech called me and he (Julian? Julius?) was kind and professional. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.”
