Funky building -- not fancy retail, many many options, great prices, clear on expectations for timeline of binding remnant. Update Dec 2025: They seem to have moved to a much nicer building. I haven't been back since my original review.”

“The gentleman who took out our old stairs carpet and installed a new one was incredibly meticulous and efficient. He was also a really nice person. The new carpet looks great. Martha at the carpet store was also really nice and helpful.”
“Cary has consistently provided top of the line carpet and service. In our 20 years of working with Cary, we have found him reliable and willing to go the distance with carpet mills when presented with any issue. Recently, Cary provided a great wool carpet for a bedroom. It is so fantastic to be able to source, high quality wool designs. Cary provided a carpet that did not need to be seamed even though, placing a seam would have been $ hundreds cheaper. (Cary graciously only charged us the lower amount as if we had gone with a seam) He just suggested we get it into the room without a seam. His installer also slid the entire carpet into the closet so that it too, did not need a seam! Just fantastic. My wife noted that the pattern stayed even along the length of the room. No varied pattern from edge to edge! This was amazing with a 1925 English Tudor. He is quality!”

Dwayne and his office gal were fantastic throughout, answering our questions and helping us find jus the right product. Installation was a thing, but Dana and the crew did a great job and helped us with furniture moving etc. all in all a great experience!”
