Did a walk in on a Friday right before they opened at 7am & luckily I was the only one. In & out within 15 minutes. Only 1 lady working there who did reception & drawing. She was so efficient & pleasant.

I went in today - did not have an appointment. There was ONE lady working here, as both the receptionist and the woman drawing everyone's blood. She'd check people in, then call us back one by one. She was so polite and competent. Get her some help.

I've been there at least 20 times. I wouldn't be surprised if it's as many as 30 times. The staff changed through the years, yet, all-in-all, often friendly, polite, professional, quick, and all that good stuff. Even without an appointment, I doubt the longest I was there was more than 30 minutes.
