“I just bought a used bike from them ( They are now SoSo Cycles, but originally SF BMW, after taking on Yamaha). I dealt exclusively with Joey, nice guy easy going. Good communication through out the process. He did what he said he would do and had the paperwork ready when I paid for the bike. I received the title and plate within 2 weeks which was nice. Overall, a nice medium sized shop BMWs and Yamahas. Parking is on the street which can be challenging during the week, to be expected in SF. It’s only about a mile from Cal train station which was convenient for me when I picked up the bike. I would have no problem recommending them. Much better than San Jose BMW, in my experience.”

Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

“This auto shop went above and beyond on repairing the front bumper of my Subaru Forester. They found I had a few more scratches to the different areas then I had previously seen and they ended up repairing the whole thing. “The team at East Bay Auto Repair is truly terrific. I already knew they were a good shop when they refused to do a tire rotation and alignment on my car a year ago, instead sending me to a tire shop down the street for new tires. I appreciated their integrity then, and vowed to go back.
When I did go in recently, they gave me a fair price on repair work on my car, and even adjusted their fee for evaluating the car to help keep the overall price manageable. They revised their estimate down when they were able to find used parts for less than expected, and when I had a minor issue that needed adjusting after I’d picked the car up, they took care of it quickly and thoroughly.
Overall they were thoughtful, easy to work with, and did the work in a timely manner, with (holy cow this is never true) great communication about what I could expect and when to pick up the car. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a shop, and will definitely go back when I need work done in future.”

“If I could give Husteads 10 stars I would. I was rear ended while sitting at a stop light. Fortunately the woman had insurance. Her insurance company sent me to a shop near where I live and the estimator there told me my car would be totaled. I almost cried. I love my car, it doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it.
I checked around and ended up going to Husteads for a second opinion. Sam did the inspection and told me it was definitely repairable and that the insurance company would cover everything - and she was right. I dropped it off Monday and had it back on Friday. I received texts throughout the process letting me know what stage the repair process was in Cannot thank Sam and the people at Husteads enough for 'saving' my car.”
