“I was stranded in Santa Rosa when, unexpectedly, there was an ABCmalfunction as indicated on the dash display, and my car's steering was disabled. It was 40 miles to the dealership in San Rafael, California. AAA's tow truck (Norcal Supreme Towing) was there in about a half hour. Loading my Mercedes onto the flat bed and tying it down took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with me as a passenger in the cab. The driver and I had an extremely enjoyable conversation on the way back. I've had this experience more than a few times in the past and it has always been awful. This time, however, and unbelievably, I found myself enjoying the entire experience, awed by the driver's ability to do his job quickly and efficiently as well as his exuberant personality and friendly attitude. “Extremely happy with Carstar. I had them replace my bumper and Paul was so great to work with. Very fair pricing. I got a quote from another highly reviewed place and Carstar was cheaper by hundreds, and didn't charge extra for paying with a credit card.
Bumper was fixed fast, looked as good as new, which I didn't think was possible to match the paint on a 12 yo car but somehow it looked perfect. Car came back pristine washed and tires were dressed. Wow. Just very impressed at the extra service. Would highly recommend Carstar!”
