“Talk about professionals! My Porsche's electronic e-brake got stuck on, so the car was stranded nose-in to a very narrow garage up a steep driveway, and AAA's tow company wasn't able to get it out. Angel and Ed did an incredible job getting it out on skates, onto the flatbed, and unloaded at my mechanic's shop despite the challenging situation. They were precise, careful, and smart. HUGE thank you for all your help!”

“Yesterday evening Los Cuates Towing was the first number I called, no one picked up. But my call was returned within a minute. Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”
“My car was hit while parked. Their insurance company recommended Chilton Auto Body for the repair to the bumper. Super straightforward process and knowledgeable staff. I used the nearby Enterprise for the rental car, they picked me up and upon my car repair being complete I could leave the rental car at Chilton. Super easy.
First time I’ve had to use an auto body shop in 26 years of driving. Hopefully I don’t need an auto body shop ever again, but if so, I would go back to Chilton.”
“If I could give Husteads 10 stars I would. I was rear ended while sitting at a stop light. Fortunately the woman had insurance. Her insurance company sent me to a shop near where I live and the estimator there told me my car would be totaled. I almost cried. I love my car, it doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it.
I checked around and ended up going to Husteads for a second opinion. Sam did the inspection and told me it was definitely repairable and that the insurance company would cover everything - and she was right. I dropped it off Monday and had it back on Friday. I received texts throughout the process letting me know what stage the repair process was in Cannot thank Sam and the people at Husteads enough for 'saving' my car.”

“My friends car broke down on the way to the airport on the freeway. Not ideal. Kristine was very understanding that I had to prioritize her safety, followed up with a very compassionate timely text and I was able to take care of the logistics and towing all from
San Diego while my friend was able to just concentrate on getting to the airport. Guy, the driver , called within 10-15 minutes to let me know he was at the vehicle. I had to change drop off location and he was super understanding and quick. Sent me a picture of the car dropped off.
Really exceptional service. While I hope I do t need their services again, I would absolutely use or highly recommend them to anyone who does.
Breakdowns are never fun, but feeling like you’re in good hands is priceless. Saved our vacation for sure.”

Aldo (I hope that was the driver's name) was able to put my car on the flatbed in just over 5 minutes, and in a packed parking lot to boot (I was especially worried it would take a while since my car is an EV)! And seeing as it was being delivered to my home, I even got a lift (First time in a tow truck! Weeee!).
