“The veterinarian took the time with my shih tsu and did a pretty thorough examination and gave me excellent alternatives to the issue my fur baby was experiencing. This summer, he had been skunked and bitten by fleas. The flea treatment I had been using just was not working, and the skunk spraying him was an experience neither of us had experienced. Well, on the latter, he was okay, but the fleas had caused a rash and we are working on that; he is doing better. First time for everything!”

“My dogs and cats have been patients of Codornices for several decades, starting with Dr. Richard Hack. We now see Drs. Erica Gurley, David Grant and Regina Yoo. They take care of and give advice on the various veterinary issues that have come up as if my fur babies were their own, I trust them implicitly. They have referred me out to specialists when needed but they do as much as they can in house. I'm very grateful for the docs and supports folk at Codornices.”

“I had a wonderful experience with the Banfield team in Albany and I’m very grateful for the care and attention they gave my girl, Luna. We brought Luna in because she had a foxtail stuck in her paw. The veterinarian examined her and determined that she would need a minor surgical procedure to have it removed. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to perform the procedure at the Albany location, but instead of simply telling us to go somewhere else, the team went above and beyond to help us. They contacted other Banfield locations themselves and found a nearby location in Concord that was able to perform the procedure. They made the process so much easier for us during a stressful situation. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely concerned about Luna’s well-being. I really appreciate the extra effort they made to make sure she could get the treatment she needed. Thank you so much to the entire Albany team for taking care of Luna and helping us find the next step in her treatment. I truly appreciate everything you did for us and highly recommend this location!”
