“Curt was really thoughtful and helpful about two weeks ago when I came in near closing and asked for a recommendation for a tool to pry open my laptop back panel for maintenance. He recommended a putty scraper (under a dollar!) due to it not being metal (which has negative implications when using it improperly near electronics, I did not know much about, but he explained). It worked!”

“This review is for heat pump and air handler installation. I called on a Wednesday morning after our air handler stopped working on a cold night. I went with their advice of replacing my entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth fixing. They came out three days later on a Saturday to remove the old and install the new system despite the cold icy weather. They worked a good 12 hours to make sure everything was set up and running properly. They were very polite and spent a good deal of time explaining everything I needed to know. Overall I was very happy and impressed with my experience with 4 Service Pros and all the technicians we worked with.”

I searched on amazon Walmart best buy and even other smaller Internet sites.. and these deals were way better than all of those places.. great man inside, the owner is friendly and helps u out so much with products and price ranges that u want.. and for the fat guy outside that does the labor discriminates, and will over charge u for labor. But u can just take the products somewhere else to install. I love this place and highly recommend”

“I purchased a new speed queen for our elderly parents. Theirs was not working anymore and had to be replaced immediately. Samantha was very patient and helped us by scrolling in her computer in search of our perfect machine and she did. The perfect size and functionality. Easy to understand and straightforward instructions. Jose the gentleman that came to install the machine was very professional and was very respectful to my 88 year old retired(kinda) mechanic father, who was very interested in watching Jose install the machine. “I LOVE this place! It is huge, has a LOT of VERY GOOD QUALITY furniture. We were so blessed to have gotten advertisement in the mail from them. Apparently, they have been in business for over 70 years! Saul helped us out and he was very friendly without hovering over us. We were sold when I saw the couch I wanted and saw that it was even better in person. Saul was so kind and knowledgeable. He showed us all the choices but we knew which one we wanted from the beginning. Their furniture isn't overpriced. I believe the quality is better than IKEA. And the delivery was painless and not overpriced either. It was about $100 to drop off our couch and the guys who delivered it were very nice and professional. Thank you, Wenger Furniture for your business and for your wonderful customer service!”

I talked to Brian which was a pleasure to do business with since the very beginning, I striked a huge deal on this set and including 35mile delivery to me, I went in person and lemme tell you it was worth the drive! You’ll be amazed at their selection and willingness to negotiate. They also haul and install for a small fee! I will recommend this place to anyone who asks me about appliances or if I ever need anymore stuff! Can’t wait til their El Monte location gets more stuff in! Come here don’t think about it!”
