“Ricardo Garcia has been an incredible asset to us in planning our new kitchen design and selecting appliances for our rental unit. He's professional, friendly, and extremely attentive - as are all the staff in their Pasadena showroom. This is our go-to store for everything we're looking for, from kitchen to bathroom!”

“I want to give an honest rating to Pasadena Kitchen on Rosemead Blvd. I wanted a heavy duty; long-lasting coin opt washer and dryer. I did my research and found out that Speed Queen is one of the more reliable brands. Speed Queen Washer and Dryer are not available at the Big Brand Name Box Stores. Heck! You see a lot of Speed Queen washers and dryers in the local laundromats. I decided to make the purchase for the washer and dryer with Edward from Pasadena Kitchen on Rosemead Blvd. Edward explained to me that Speed Queen is an excellent and reliable brand, but it does take longer than normal to arrive. He was not kidding. It took longer than I anticipated. We were without a washer and dryer for a while and we did not mind, so going to the local laundromat wasn’t an inconvenience. Talking to Edward, he explained to me why the manufacturer’s production was being delayed. I called once a week, and every week Edward would provide an update of the status as to when I would expect the washer and dryer. When the Speed Queen arrived. Edward contacted me and set up a delivery date that works for me. Jose from Pasadena Kitchen was wonderful and very pleasant. He arrived early and he was very careful moving the washer and dryer inside the laundry room. He helped set it up; tested the washer and dryer, answered all my questions before heading out. Overall, I am very happy with Pasadena Kitchen on Rosemead Blvd. Thank you, Edward and Jose.”

“Professional and helpful. I told them my needs and what I was looking for and was able to provide everything I needed. The store has different t options and you get to touch and feel the quality. One of the pieces was faulty and they sent another one. They were just as friendly over the phone. Went to Pacific Sales and customer is by far better at Ferguson.”

“I needed a special fittings for a Watson valve on a water heater, and Hector took the extra time to find the parts back in the office. In addition, he answered all my questions on how to properly install the fittings and the supplies I would need. As a homeowner, it is a great resource to have a plumbing supply store that will spend the extra time a non-plumbing professional needs to do the job right.”
