“Alhambra Autozone is one of the many Autozone that i can say helps their customers to the outmost of their abilities! Mind you, these people here are not certified mechanics, they are just salesman! so, get that in mind! I stop leaving reviews on Yelp coz there's too many unreliable non truthful reviews and most of all way too many snowflakes!!! I give this Autozone store a 5 star review because of the honest and straight forward advice you can get out of Manager Fred and his crew, not all of them but most of them. He is straight forward without any filter but it is honest and no icing on the cake advice! If you don't want an honest straightforward advice, then stay in your house and get a blanket to cover yourself or get your parts at a waffle place...I've been coming to this store since the pandemic and all i have is good honest customer service from him!”

“I had a really good experience yesterday 10/24/25. I had a bad experience at a different Kia location even though I was ready to finance and then came here. I spoke with Joe Ruiz over the phone to get a quote. Joe was able to meet my needs and gave me the quote over the phone. I showed up and he honored the quote without any tricks or bait and switch. He was very knowledgeable, took me seriously and moved forward with the vehicle that I wanted. He was even cool when I switched the vehicle car color. So I walked out with a brand new Kia K4 EX.
I was then greeted by the finance manager Jose, who was really cool too. He explained everything. And in the end when it came to GAP insurance he was actually very honest and told me that because of the down payment I made, I didn’t really need it. Most other places, all of those things get pushed on me. Jose made the process as painless and respectful as possible.
I will definitely be returning when I’m ready to purchase again and will also be recommending my friends and family to this location.”
