Manny did a superb job of thoroughly diagnosing the situation with our 2011 Altima. He identified the problem but was hamstrung because NISSAN has the part backordered. He provide alternate solutions which permitted us to continue our road trip without delay. God bless this man's knowledge, honesty and experience.
