This shop has nice people who actually care about your vehicle - and your experience with them - which is exceedingly rare in today's world. One of the techs also personally owns a Honda Element so it's always great talking to him and swapping Element war stories - extra added bonus! I will definitely be back!”

“First, I give five stars to the mechanic ...he’s truly in the right place. With his skills, he could easily run his own business, and I believe he eventually will, once he learns to properly value his work. Yes, there are times when he misjudges the scope of the job, but in many ways, that’s the fault of the service advisor named Roman, whose performance I rate at a firm two.
Roman seems more focused on openly flirting with a young girl who works there rather than improving the quality of the service entrusted to him. Though apparently both are fine with that arrangement. He might be a decent person overall, but politeness and professionalism are clearly not his strongest sides. Perhaps he has his own personal reasons for that...
As for the paint work, I’d give it a steady three stars. It’s average at best - they charge low prices but deliver low-quality, rushed results. They could easily charge more and do a proper job but that option wasn’t even offered.
So, think twice before taking your car there for repairs especially if you’ve already seen what happens when people lack a certain level of culture and professionalism. I think everyone knows exactly what I mean.”
“Great shop to bring your car to if you're having electrical issues.My dc outlets in my car got wet with liquids and I could no longer charge anything up in my car.I was scared I'd be taken to the cleaners but understood even if I was there wouldn't be anything I could do about it since I desperately needed my outlets working again.Thank God this wasnt the case!
I came the day before to see what type of environment it was in and what they could offer me.Just the kindness and info I was given alone made me feel welcomed enough to return for service the next day.
Get there at 7am cause they have a lot of work they do.The owner will go over the best options to avoid you from wasting money on non needed repairs.I had to buy another power cord to plug into my device from Amazon and now I'm completely satisfied.I can even charge my devices without my engine running.That alone is a win.
Not all mechanics are nice,or even care about your car, but this shop was the best.A million stars if I could.I should be back for more repairs on my sunroof/ AC in the future.All I have is smiles for this buisness,and you will too!”

“The owner Bill, always takes care of my old cars. Ive taken two of my old ramblers to Bill and recommended several of my rambler club mates for work on our classic cars. Bill always figures inspects, diagnoses and outsources parts and services that most other mechanic shops wont venture into. If you are looking for a cheap mechanic, this is not the place, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This shop has decades of eperience with older cars and a vast network of parts sources. I strongly recommend this shop.”

“New Century BMW Collision Center While driving to work on the 210 Freeway, a rock was kicked up and hit my windshield - leaving a chip and crack in the windshield glass. I went to AAA insurance and they were insisting that an after-market windshield be installed by Safelite. I was requesting that a genuine BMW replacement windshield be installed. Both George, the manager at New Century BMW Collision Center, and Jorge, the service writer, were instrumental in gaining approval from AAA insurance to install a genuine BMW windshield. Not only did they successfully handle the negotiations with AAA, they had the windshield installed and my vehicle back on the road within two days. I highly recommend New Century BMW Collision Center to all BMW owners. Thanks EB”

“I bought a BMW, with a gas tank leak, pin hole, i tried soldering and jb weld too, but failed right away. ( i accidentally capped the vent hose and the pressure in the tank blew everything out) and the previous owner did a jb weld too, that failed after a few years, I called Eagles Nest since they were local to me,i know they specialize in Harleys , but a steel gas tank is a steel gas tank. The welder he knew did a great job, it held even though I still had the vent hose capped off accidentally and the pressure in the tank was crazy high, when you too the cap off it would hiss out like mad, anyways the welder built it up with the bead, in the right areas and the right amount, so I could grind it down to reshape that area without a lot of bondo, he knew what he was doing , it did not break the bank, was a fair price and best of all no more leak, now i can ride the bike.”
“I started coming here in 2015. I just got a 2016 Chrysler. Back then, I went straight from the sales lot to here. I had them install two 12s in a ported, closed box and wire kit. Also, 1 ohm amplifier and tune it. I returned 11 years later with the exact same setup since my kid had tampered with my lows and subsonics, and Ralph got it correct as usual. This location is a hidden gem. And the quality of their work speaks for itself. I would not take my automobiles anywhere else. Never had a wire overheat, an amp blow or pop a fuse, or a subwoofer. They do it correctly on the first try and take their time with it as if it was their own car. Thank you once again NOISE KREATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!”
“I’m so grateful a good friend recommended Mr. Gregorio, the owner. I was having trouble starting my car and was so confused about what could be wrong. He and his coworker were incredibly patient and took the time to explain the problem and their diagnosis in detail. They didn’t charge me anything—just put a little oil in the ignition switch—and my car has been running perfectly since. I’m so glad it wasn’t something bigger, like the starter or solenoid. He was honest, thorough, and even check other things on my car like the tire pressure and brakes to make sure the car was running good. They didn’t try to take advantage of me like other mechanics.
They checked every possible cause until they found the real problem. Thank you again Mr. Gregorio.”

They are affordably priced with honesty and careful attention to detail with your vehicle. Guy, Michael, and David are all helpful and friendly.
I have been coming to get my cars serviced here several times over the last 3 years. They have taken care of my oil changes, brake pad replacements, and 60k miles major maintenance services for our family's late model Acura and Subaru.
I am always relieved and thankful when I see the bill in comparison to most dealership service prices. There's no extra fluff of a fancy waiting room or amenities like a dealership, but that's reflected in the lower price here.
If you're coming here, it's best to make an appointment or get in around their opening time for the best chances of your vehicle being done on the same day.”
