And I have to give a shout out to Renee B. She was so sweet and so kind And so helpful. I definitely will look forward to seeing her again and we'll make it a point to stop by this location. “This place is awesome!!! Took my son to see the Mario Galaxy movie, and they asked if I had a membership. I didn't and asked what it does, and after an explanation, I signed up. It got me a free popcorn! How cool is that! On top of that, we went on a Sunday before 6 and tickets were super cheap because of it! Highly reccomend to anyone near the Whittier area!??”
“Definitely an amazing place to go. The first time I was there, I told them I had never been there before and was just amazed at all the options they had and couldn't decide what I wanted. They just started giving me samples like crazy! I ended up spending a lot of money on chocolate, but it was worth it! If you are a chocolate lover, this is the place to go.”

They go above and beyond, even making me centerpieces in the character to match our party theme. The store has everything you need and the prices are reasonable. Excellent customer service! “We were helped out instantly walking in. We went there to pick up a customized piñata for my daughter. I had my daughter I had my daughter she was excited to see everything in the store I let the owners know that it’s her birthday and they were so kind to get a cupcake with a candle and they sang happy birthday to her. Very sweet. The piñata is perfectly made as well.”
“Sweet Ethans is cute little family-owned candy and novelty shop in Monrovia. I like they have a wide variety of candies and honey. In addition, they have baseball jerseys, coffee bags and mugs. Store was very neat and plenty of natural light. Atmosphere was relaxing and at the same time very spacious. This store is like a Willy Wonka for kids. Lol.

“The only candy shop in the Grand Central Market.Plenty of sugary and non sugary confections. You can also find culturally traditional sweet treats as well. There is no self serve like many typical candy shop. Cost is relatively high but it is on par to what you would expect to pay in downtown. The attendant was rather friendly and patient during our visit. There plenty of candy to choose from.”

“I was craving some Turkish delights candy, and found this place on Yelp and bookmarked it. Since I was in Pasadena running errands, I decided to make a stop by here. The shop is small, but charming! Brightly lit with lots of yummy products lined up on the walls and throughout the shop: Dried fruits, roasted nuts, seasonings, buckets of nuts and what I call Turkish delights, but it's called Mediterranean Delights here. I was hoping for the pretty, extravagant ones I saw on the Yelp pictures, but they only had some pre packaged ones in bins. I like that they're in a sealed wrap so they last longer. There are a lot of packaged snack items that would make great gifts. Since I am nuts for nuts, I had to give these roasted treats behind the counter a try. The proprietor there was super friendly and let me try some pistachios before I bought them. There were so many flavor options I had trouble narrowing down what I wanted. I settled on lemon pistachios and sesame peanuts in addition to a few of the Mediterranean delights. The nuts are flavorful and tasted fresh and crunchy. The candies were pretty good also. All the loose items are sold by the pound and prices are pretty reasonable. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for some fun flavored snacks!”

“Great prices overall. They have always been nice and helpful to me and my employees. They tend to run out of the hotter Hostess items from time to time but at that point so has the competition. They also deliver to the local area if you have a big enough order and this has been a huge help as I have multiple stores to deal with and can't spend my entire day shopping for all of them.”

“I got a mango smoothie and bacon dog for $7 total everything seemed to be lowest possible price. Friendly employee who greeted me in Spanish then changed to English. I like to know the shops and street vendors where I can practice Spanish in preparation for more trips to Mexico, Central America, and South America. Self serve condiments are nice too. Free to take as much toppings as you want for the hot dogs.”
“An absolute treasure! I gave them only 5 stars because it will not let me give them more! My business has been candy for years. These are the very best people. Always helpful, honest, and friendly. Easy to work with from the sales staff, through the office, and into the warehouse! I read some reviews here that speak about a language issue. Never, not once have I had any issues at all, language or otherwise. If you sell or stock candy, T J Candy is a must. Oh, did i mention the immense selection of candy or the great prices on top of the service?”
