“Unable to get an appointment ahead of time and everything was booked for that day, but I needed to have the blood work done before a specific time so I went expecting to either wait a long time or need to come back another day. I had a very small wait time, and everything went smoothly. The person who specifically tended to me was very friendly, professional and skilled at taking blood. Not a fault of Quest Diagnostics, but the building owners do not seem to provide a simple device to lock a bike to.”

“*I've been getting my blood sample drawn at this particular location for 10 years now. The Chinese technician is very, very skilful, friendly and efficient!?!? The 'Men's Room' is always clean too.*Usually there's a relatively long line at 8:00am as most people want to get it over with their required "fasting" and be able to get breakfast as soon as possible. To avoid wasting time to wait in line, I've found out that I would be the only one there when I arrive around 11:00am.”
