“LUCY is a STAR. I have tiny veins, and she is a Master with the butterfly needle. She was so quick and professional.
The monitor in the waiting room wasn't working, and people were having a difficult time not knowing how much longer they needed to wait.
I know there were computer problems the day I was there, and I understand people are anxious about their health and getting their blood drawn - though, IMO, they need to be kinder to the staff at Quest.
I've been going to this location for years, and they are hard workers in a very demanding and stressful work environment. They do excellent work, and I think they have a tough job due to the demands of some highly anxious people and crying children.”

Dr. Austin is a young modern MD - at St. George’s Medical Clinic is truly outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about his patients. What really sets him apart is the time he takes with you—he actually sits down and talks with you at length, answering questions in depth and making sure you fully understand what’s going on and how he can help.
You never feel rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and approaches care thoughtfully instead of just pushing you out the door. Dr. Austin is the kind of doctor you hope to find but rarely do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who is smart, patient, and genuinely great at what he does.”

“The phlebotomist who drew the sample was very professional. Yes, she is
excellent!!! The only issue was your checking in process. I was early. It won't let me check in until 10min before my appointment. What was the logic behind that!!! I don't see any warning about that before hand. Maybe you were trying to encourage people not to be on time. I was called and done in about 10min! It would be perfect if you have a call button since there is no real person available to help or to talk to at the waiting room.”
“Appointment is recommended when having laboratory work done, walk ins are accepted but the wait time is long.
The technicians are professional and caring, the results are posted on line if the patient creates a portal in order to view the results.
The location on Green Street offers paid parking, the one on Lake avenue is free”

“I bought my 10 month old for a blood draw. I wasn't sure what to expect because small human = small veins. Ivan got it the first time and my son did not even whimper. I was shocked (in a good way). The whole event was uneventful which is exactly what I wanted. =) Thanks Ivan! You rock!”
“I going to give people some hope. It wasn't so bad for me. I had no appt and showed up for a urine drug test at 6:15am not knowing that check in for a drug test is strictly at 7:30am. I checked in at 7:30am because thats the time u need to check in IF your having a drug test. NO EARLIER REMEMBER THAT. I waited one hour after that and done, the girls were super nice and organized. Good luck.”
