“I had a very positive experience at the Labcorp at 50 Alessandro St in Pasadena. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and I arrived 15 minutes early as recommended. My check in was extremely easy and user friendly at the kiosks. My name was called by the receptionist within 5 minutes to request my lab paperwork and I was then called into the room for my blood draw. The phlebotomist was friendly, asked how I was feeling and confirmed my birthdate and doctor. She did a great job at the blood draw. I didn't even feel the prick. She was quick, professional and had no trouble locating a viable vein. I was done with everything within 5 minutes! I was very nervous prior to going in because of my lengthy medical history and I have had many blood draws. My experience at this lab was by far the most efficient and pleasant lab work experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them! Catherine”

“I went on a Thursday 4pm as a walk-in After kiosk check-in, I only waited 15 minutes, was in and out very quickly for bloodwork Was my fastest bloodwork ever, not sure if it's this location or time or just lucky? I found street parking for free (1 hour) but they do have a pay lot downstairs”

“I am so shocked at all the bad reviews! My experience at this location is always phenomenal. I get my blood drawn once every 6 weeks due to a health condition so I'm here quite often! I always specifically request Lucy, because not only does she do a phenomenal job taking my blood, she makes the whole experience a pleasure. She's so kind, knowledgeable, and painless. If it wasn't for her, I would go to the location closer to my house. If you're terrified of needles, want a good conversation and friendly phlebotomist, request Lucy! She's great!”

Anjila was my phlebotomist and she was great! Made me laugh while she drew my blood, so I didn't even notice. Had a great experience at this Quest Diagnostics.”
