Despite multiple visits to the La Cañada store and numerous calls to customer service, no one was able to resolve her concerns. Ryan is exceptional. Despite being young, he demonstrated professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills far beyond what we’ve experienced anywhere else at Verizon. He handled multiple customers at the same time without ever making anyone feel rushed. He checked in on his colleagues, offered help when needed, and maintained a calm, genuinely friendly attitude throughout.
Most importantly, Ryan accomplished in one visit what other Verizon representatives and the La Cañada store had failed to do in months. He was able to resolve the majority of my mother’s issues, explain everything clearly, and make her feel respected and taken care of. His dedication and passion for helping customers truly stand out.
