“Love this street mall, there is so many stores I go to, such as PetSmart, Barns and Noble, Ralph’s, CVS, TJ Maxx, Staples and others. Restaurants, banking and gas stations, movie theater, even Farmers Market! Also, lots of parking!”
“This was my first custom suit experience and it was nothing short of eye-opening! Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to talk to, he is the main man to go to for fun candor and technical expertise to make a person look their best! The double breasted suit that we designed was my first one but it will not certainly be my last at Trutailor. It fit perfectly around my body and it gave me the ability to know what I would like in the future for the rest of my wardrobe. With all this to boot at an attainable price for a quality suit and overall experience!

“Parking can be a challenge, your best bet is usually to park in one of the large parking structures. Tons of dining and shopping options, be warned that prices for everything here will be quite high!”
“I had a lovely experience at this nail salon from the moment I walked in. I was immediately greeted and guided to the woman who did my nails. She took her time, and her attention to detail was phenomenal. She constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and walked me through different base nail color options, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place!”

“I shop at Pavillion grocery store mostly in this shopping center, and love this shopping center for the Wells Fargo Bank, Zovs and the many shops for one stop shopping. Plenty of parking and EV chargers are available as well.”
“Honestly, I only go here for grocery outlet. My experience with the rest of the plaza is how long the walk is to the bathroom. People seem to use and enjoy it though, so, guess it’s not bad? Especially if you have kids. Or like grocery outlet.”

Chile Verde ($22) was very good. Love their salsa and fresh chips.
Guacamole for $12 is pricey to me.

“Attended a dear friend's Celebration of Life, in the Plaza Building at Saddleback church. Its a two story building with a Sanctuary on first floor and Reception Area on the second floor. It was a lovely service and also reception was set up great and the lunch was enjoyable.”
“Kids playing in front area while parents chill talking and drinking. Well lit areas. Clean planters and sidewalks. Furniture is clean and sturdy. Lots of food choices. Place is still surviving although not nearly as popular as 30 years ago.”

I don't know what kind of magic they're brewing, but it's dangerously delicious. “O Fine Japanese Restaurant was a very pleasant experience. The fresh and delicious flavors really stand out. The sushi was perfectly prepared and you could feel the quality of the ingredients. Definitely a place I would return to.”
“It is a grocery store and a take out food venue. Lots of off the beaten path products like salmon belly and crawfish. A very good selection of wild caught whole fish is available along with products for all over the world including many from the Philippines. I always end up at the cooked food counter. Mmm mmm good! Satay pork chicken and beef just to name a few of my favorites. It is truly a treat to try something new/different/exotic every time I go there.”
“The Irvine Company's male cleaning staff, who work hard here, are perfect. Always smiling, always working hard, always striving to keep this place clean. I don't know his name, but he wears sunglasses or glasses. I mentioned this to a co-worker who said that he is well known locally as the best cleaning staff. His leg looks a little sore. May this effort pay off for him and may he enjoy further good health ‼︎

“Didn't shop here but it was cooler here to "crash" after getting off work. Heard a hard noise & raced out of me vehicle to find that (an India) "man driver" (instead of woman driver!") Had clipped these Washingtoners vehicle.”

“This plaza has a good variety of places to eat and locations to shop. There is a Home Depot and they also have a McDonald, Taco Bell, Chipotle, and Flame Broiler.”
“This mall is super-bike-friendly being located right off the Jeffrey Road North exit of San Diego Creek Trail. Bike racks are conveniently located a few steps away from the restaurant cluster on the north side of the mall. I love the exteriors of the buildings and the layout of the parking lot here. The restaurant cluster has plenty of shared outdoor seating that diners of any restaurant can sit at. I wish the WiFi was more reliable but it works A-OK for my Swarm check-in.”

“This is a cute shopping center in Newport Coast and I love Gelsons so I'll give it a 4 star review for the overall vibe. It's diagonal to Rogers Gardens so if you need to go shopping at Gelson's beforehand, you should definitely check it out! If you have a dog or cat, they have a super swanky pet store! There's a nice clothing store too!”

“It's a small shopping complex with stores like Albertsons and Starbucks. Starbucks in campus plaza opens for more hours in the evening as compared to the one in University town center. Albertsons have great deals which you can keep a tab on by downloading their app. I bought kettle cooked chips at a great price.”

“A very nice mall with a lot of upscale stores. It's an outdoor mall and we visited for a massage at aspire. The massage was fantastic and I would definitely recommend to people. Of course this is about the shopping center and not one business in it. Overall I find that rating shopping malls is difficult outside of their parking but this place had nice landscaping and a fountain and some outdoor heaters and they just went the extra mile. The parking wasn't great but I've yet to see them all that does it right”
“Has stores such as Albertsons, CVS and UPS. Restaurants and fast food. Asian kitchen, Sunnys donuts, pizza, McDonald’s and Starbucks. Has a mailbox as well for drop off letters. Some fitness places, nail salon and banks.”
