Foothill Ranch Towne Center is a nice mall with everything for the community. It offers a great atmosphere with a nice selection of casual restaurants and lots of food choices, featuring plenty of outdoor seating. The place has well-lit areas, clean planters and sidewalks, and lots of free parking. It is conveniently located and described as a great place with good service. While some note it is not as popular as before, it remains a convenient center with stores like Ralph's, Walmart, and Target.
