“Let's just start by saying, that all the store associates are pleasant at this location. I'm there often and my last visit I couldn't find an item, so asked the one cashiers for help (it was slow) and she took me to the area (while asking me questions about my task), but the product was outta stock, so she suggested an alternative she uses, and now I'm sold (cleaning product)... Going above and beyond instead of pointing as well as asking open ended questions, and making suggestions, is a last art in this day and age... Lots not forget she smiles as well... I had to ask one of the associates her name, and I wrote it on my hand so I wouldn't forget.... Props to Elena at the Alpine Branch...91901..... great customer service”
