“I had an obscure project I was working on for my RV and was in the fastener section probably looking quite puzzled. Meghan approached me and asked if I needed any help and proceeded to not only answer each and every single one of my questions, but was so incredibly kind in the process. By the time I left she felt like a really good friend.I came in the following day with more puzzled looks and was approached and assisted by Kris. Another ACE employee that made me feel more like a friend and not just an ignorant customer =) Thank you so very much for the above and beyond kindness from Meghan and Kris. It's so seen, felt and appreciated.”

“Locally owned and staffed, a true hardware store. If you live in easterly spring valley, Rancho San Diego, Jamul, Dulzura, or Potrero, Jamul Hardware has most of everything you need. From chainsaw to lumber, concrete to cleaning supplies, screen repair, basic automotive, full paint section with color mixer, power tools and plumbing, plus a whole bunch more. Most locals agree it’s a waste of gas driving to Home Depot or Lowe’s, when Jamul Hardware has such a great selection (including live plants ? )”

“I recently adopted an adorable bunny and have been researching supplies. Pelletized pine beddings were suggested and at $7.99 for 40 lbs at TSC, highly economical. While my husband and I aren't always in the Jamul area, the 20-30 minute drive from Chula Vista isn't too bad and I appreciate that they have a decent-sized parking lot. Usually, the pelletized pine beddings are outside and typically, readily available. However, if this is an item you mainly go to TSC for, it doesn't hurt to check if it's in stock on their website. There was one occasion that my husband and I dropped by and they happened to be out of stock. However, the staff here was very helpful and assisted us with finding a suitable replacement until we could come back for the pelletized pine. It's also fun to go inside and see the cute seasonal decorations. Not going to lie, I was tempted to get one of their Silkie Chicken Christmas decorations. Other reviewers have also mentioned that there'll be baby chicks for sale, which I hope to see the next time I drop by.Overall, happy that there's a TSC relatively close by and has this great item along with other great items/supplies/equipment. Will be a repeat customer for the pelletized pine but most likely going to get some cute Christmas decor for the holiday season.”

“Got 4 guinea fowl around April. One past, another was born with both legs defective. Make sure when buying chicks they are as close to 2 months as possible from this to happening. I love my guinea fowl!UPDATE: around June I bought some more baby chicks and followed my own advice.”
