The one with the long story , you should remove what you posted everyone knows it’s your responsibility to have called right away and give your name as a new owner.
PDS has a reputation for working with its customers , a bad review damages their good name for those that don’t know better , I usually have a high respect for a veterans word.”

“Edit: since being taken over by superior plus everything has been so much better. Better payment plans, better deliver times, customer service is better. I have only interacted with them twice but it has been so much better than any other interaction I had with kamps. Changed from one star to four star
Please avoid at all costs. We called and paid Monday and were told we would get gas Friday as we were below 15%. No one showed up so we called the emergency line as we are now close to 0. After calling a few times the lady (who was very nice) informed us the manager called her and said not to dispatch anyone because we are will all and they have 10 days to come. Which was not told to us as the recorded line will prove.So now we are stuck with very little gas and a baby in the house(they are aware) In the winter”
