Altadena Pet Hospital is a full-service veterinary facility dedicated to the care of dogs and cats in Altadena, Pasadena, and surrounding areas. The hospital offers a variety of services, including vaccinations, teeth cleaning, spay and neuter procedures, and boarding. Many pet owners appreciate the competitive pricing, particularly as veterinary costs have increased in recent years. The hospital is known for its helpful staff, who assist clients, whether they are bringing in a large dog or a small cat.
Recent customers have praised the friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarians. One owner shared a positive experience with a newly adopted cat, who received an ear wash and nail trimming. The cat returned home relaxed, indicating a gentle and caring handling during the visit. However, some clients have noted areas for improvement. There are concerns about wait times during appointments, with visits sometimes taking over an hour. Some clients felt communication could be improved, especially regarding specific procedures and questions that may be overlooked during the examination.
Despite these minor issues, many pet owners express their intention to continue using Altadena Pet Hospital for their veterinary needs, thanks to the overall care and attention their pets receive. The facility remains a trusted choice for pet owners in the community.
