“I really appreciate Dr. Sahi and his approach. He is honest, direct, and reasonable but also truly a kind and compassionate person. Even after I took my dog to TJ for surgery (because US prices were too expensive for us) he was still very helpful and without judgement continued to follow up and advise us. Also he really helped my kitty after she was attacked and badly injured. She became inconstant and they took her in several times and helped to teach me how to squeeze her free of charge. I am so grateful to have found this clinic I could not recommend them more.”

After experiences I've had at other clinics, I only have enthusiastic praise for this place. Friendliest and most attentive staff ever. I've never experienced wait times and my cat is always well cared for and sent home with the proper treatment. They don't push expensive meds and are flexible with treatment options. I don't trust my pets with anyone else.”
“The staff is so kind and helpful! The front desk is really nice and the vet team is as well. Appreciate they help you figure out next steps for your pet without you feeling forced to go all out and test for everything if you cant afford it. They find a good balance to help your pet one step at a time. Also the wait is always fairly short and reasonable which i really appreciate as well. And they seem to genuinely care and want to help! I had been going to a different vet for years prior until i moved, and i'm shocked at how much nicer and efficient and helpful this vet clinic and staff is. They have helped my dog and cat so much and i'm so thankful!!!”

“This vet saved our Twinkie, we thought she wasn't going to make as she slowly started to not walk to not being able to sit up, eat, poop or pee. Found to be she had inflammed spinal fluid with alot of pain and with meds she is almost back to running. Great turn around from 5 days ago. The staff was so sweet and did everything they could. “This is the best animal hospital ever! The vets, techs and reception are all so caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Ahmad is always so happy to discuss the intricacies of my dog's health issues and thoroughly explain all of the options available for her. I feel like I learn so much when I'm there and nothing is ever forced on me.I'm also always shocked at the affordability when it comes time to pay, which is a nice change from the shock you get at corporate animal hospitals :] I've also never had to wait more than 5 minutes after appointment time. “I had such a positive experience here and am truly grateful for the kindness and care shown to both me and my cat.
My cat has had a large lump on his arm for some time, and I came in feeling very anxious and worried. The staff took the time to examine him thoroughly and explained everything clearly and honestly. They reassured me that he is otherwise healthy and that the lump can be removed through a cosmetic surgery if we choose to move forward, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
When my cat became stressed and reactive during the visit, the team handled it with patience and compassion. Instead of forcing anything, they adjusted the plan and provided medication to help him relax for his next appointment so blood work can be done safely and calmly. I really appreciated that they prioritized his comfort and well-being.
The estimates for blood work and surgery were clear, reasonable, and far more manageable than I expected, which was a huge relief. I never felt judged or rushed; just supported and listened to.
This clinic truly cares about animals and their owners. I’m very thankful to have found them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, honest veterinary care.”
“I have had two vet visits at Banfield. Both times I saw Dr Chen, who was awesome. She took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. There was also a vet tech at the first visit whose name I believe was Brian. He was also awesome and took the time to talk to us and explain everything. The receptionist working at the first visit was wonderful, but the receptionist working there at the second visit was rude. Other than that, I highly recommend them.”

“I have been going to Dr Tang since the mid '90's, when I had a pet cockatiel with my two sons, and more recently since 2007, when my husband and I got our first dog. He saved our dog, Spencer about 15 years ago. He'd had a seizure out of the blue, when he'd accidentally eaten rat poison outside without our knowing it. Dr Tang not only saved Spencer, but that dog went on to live another 10 years almost! Most recently our dog Popper has some autoimmune disease, and Dr Tang has seen us almost 10 times over the past 2 months, trying his best to figure out how to treat this 7-year-old (young!) dog. We have all the confidence in Dr Tang's ability, expertise, and most importantly in his compassion. As others have mentioned, Dr Tang doesn't have great bedside manner with the humans who visit his practice, but he so obviously cares about our pets (his patients, as he said this morning), that I will keep going to him forever. And he is so reasonable, I sometimes wonder how he stays in business! God Bless Dr Tang!”

When my baby had IVDD and couldn’t walk- the team helped him walk again with proper treatment. And when it was time to let our other baby go, they were supportive both scientifically and spiritually. After we made the tough decision, our memorable last day with her wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the team encouraging we could go enjoy one last special moment together before sending her to heaven.
