“There is a banner stating new management. I have no experience with the prior owners. I've been going here several months and have been happy enough to purchase a package deal.They are efficient and do a pretty good job. I've been to several car washes around Pasadena over the years but these guys are my new go-to for the automatic wash with an attendant giving the car a once-over at the end. I haven't found anywhere else to do a better job.I have a white Husky and a black cloth interior so there always will be residual dog hair. But they do a decent job on the interior otherwise. They always get the tires and wheels looking very clean. I haven't tried any of their higher level services yet. I tend to get a full detail annually (elsewhere) and use the automatic washes like these every couple of weeks.If you are very picky or your car is very dirty, then I would recommend a full detail as the auto wash is really just hitting the highlights. But they are the best in the Pasadena / Alhambra area for this level / price point.”

I had my car towed to them (I did not even have to be there) and they replaced the started and I had my car back in 2 days. “First advice. Use your GPS because you may miss it. 2nd advice, get your insurance preferred shop to give you an estimate, and let Ivan work on your car.I have used Ivan twice. He is really easy to work with. Sometimes, his schedule could get hectic, but we worked around it because I like his quality work.The paint job was done beautifully as you could not even tell. Auto detailing is always SO absurdly expensive, but these guys gave me a price that was less than half of what the place I called first quoted me. They steamed our my carpets, vacuumed, wiped everything down, disinfected, conditioned the leather, and even reattached a small piece of body plastic that was falling off my wheel well. The awful smell that prompted me to call them is gone, and the car has never looked cleaner. They achieved all of this in under two hours, and without me needing to drive anywhere.

“Arrived early, but not too early. Just that kind of early where you're impressed, but not put out. Kyle introduced himself and wasted no time in getting started. They vacuumed and/or shampooed the carpets for almost two hours straight. Then, they cleaned everything by hand and cleaned it...and cleaned...and polished...and probably a bit more cleaning. “Really pleased with my interaction with Mike at Innovative Motoring. No BS, gave me a written quote immediately for custom audio installation... unlike all other vendors I contacted. Readily set and kept appointments. Was a perfectionist about the installation, which I greatly appreciated. He pointed out several of the non-idealities that occurred because of small mismatches with dimensions of aftermarket components... these were incredibly minor, and another installer probably wouldn't have said anything about them. But Mike is very conscientious and seems to really care about customer satisfaction. The final product (the multicomponent installation) was fantastic. I will happily return to the business with future work. Highly recommended; engage Innovative Motoring with confidence!”
