“Exceptional job! My car is spotless, and they took care of a terrible scratch that had been there previously. Thank you to the receptionist and the staff who worked on my car. Everyone was so nice. Will come again! :)”

“Steven came by and did the deluxe detail for my car and did a fantastic job. There were some small issues and i even offered to just pay in full anyways, but he’s dedicated to making things right and making sure you’re satisfied. Highly recommended”

“Excellent mobile service. They did a thorough job of cleaning both our vehicles and we were very pleased with the results. They had everything they needed, even water and electricity so no need for me to provide them any hookups. Will definitely use them again in the future.”

“I can’t say enough good things about George! He went above and beyond to help me get into my dream car, even with some challenging credit. He never made me feel judged or discouraged—instead, he stayed patient, professional, and genuinely worked hard to find a way to make it happen. George made the entire experience feel comfortable and straightforward, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. Getting my dream car felt like something that might not happen, but George helped make it a reality. If you’re looking for a salesman who actually cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile, ask for George! I highly recommend him. Thank you, George, for making this experience one I’ll never forget!”

“Needed detailing for my car since it’s been in rough shape and remembered this place did my detailing last time (about 3 or 4 years ago). They did an amazing job then and now. The one who set up everything, such as the appointment, was named Hector and he’s super friendly. I did end up returning a little early before my car was finished and another older gentlemen provided refreshments and fan/ portable AC unit. Highly recommend them!”

“Second time I had to get my rear bumper fixed due to someone else hitting it. Went back to FixAuto as they had done such a great job the last time. In addition to the damage in the middle of the bumper (which was covered by insurance) they also repaired the scrape on the driver's side corner (which technically wasn't part of the insurance claim). They washed and even vacuumed inside, car looks like new. Great communication all the way through the process, would highly recommend them.”

“Frank is the best! My 1993 Mercedes-Benz 190E survived the Eaton Fire but interior had a bad smoke smell and exterior was covered in ash from the fire. Frank made sure it came out like brand new, really kind guy.”

“I parked my SUV here while I spent a couple of hours walking around Old Pasadena. When I came back, it honestly looked better than the day I bought it. The paint was smooth, the wheels were spotless, and they even cleaned all the little areas inside that usually get missed. I like that I didn't have to sit around waiting because I could enjoy my day while they worked. The staff was friendly and treated my car with care. I'll definitely be coming back for regular details.”

“Simply the best car wash in Southern Californian California. The entire processes was so smooth and relaxing. Wonderful staff and a great place to just hang out and relax. But the best part was how beautiful my Aston Martin looked when they were finished. No matter where you live...It's worth the drive.”

“I have been coming here for years and years and they do a great job. The Weight is there for sure and you have to wait but it's worth it. The price is 38 bucks for an SUV and they wash it and they clean the inside and they're dry it and do everything and it's good for forever. I have had a detail here and it's a great job but just a basic car wash for 38 boxes a great deal. The coffee is a bit strong, but I like the free cookies, comfortable great Wi-Fi and I guess it'll work done.”

“Love this place! The employees are friendly and helpful, and the system is an easy in and out. Yes, there are lines because they are popular, but the wait wasn't that long because the system is efficient. The vacuum area is always clean and there is good suction on the machines. It makes a task I usually dread, enjoyable.”
