“I cannot speak more highly of the staff here that really went out of their way to help me. My vehicle broke down right in front of their place with a broken ball joint so it was undrivable. It was a couple hours after they were closed but some of the staff were still there. They waited with us for the tow truck and it took at least 45 minutes just to maneuver the vehicle into their driveway so it could be worked on the next day. Jacquees stayed and waited with us the entire time which was above and beyond any expectations of anywhere I have had repairs done. They had the vehicle repaired and ready to go the next day. There to be commended for their kindness as well as speedy and efficient repair I cannot thank them enough.”

“Was headed to the bank to pull out money to buy a new battery from AutoZone and came across B&M. I called and found out they had better prices and even installed my battery. He went over and beyond even cleaning and lubing the terminals before putting in the new battery. Last , be tested the voltage before I left. It felt good to support a local business instead of a big chain. I even got prices on some parts so no doubt, will be bak. Highly recommend!!”

“Service went by extremely quickly and smoothly. They went above and beyond and actually returned my car cleaner than it was. They made the process extremely easy and clear. Definitely wanted to review this place for anyone who is looking for a great and reliable repair shop if they're not familiar with one already, I'd go here first.”

“After my Tesla was hit, I had to go through the repair process with the other driver’s insurance company. I chose this shop because it had the highest Google rating, and now I completely understand why. Everyone here provided outstanding service, especially Johnny and Jenny. They were always quick to answer my calls and respond to any questions I had, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Every time I picked up my car, it was returned to me spotless and freshly washed, which I really appreciated. Another thing that impressed me was how clean and well-maintained the shop is. Unlike many body shops that feel messy or disorganized, this place is exceptionally clean, organized, and professional. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.”

“While doing some traveling, I stopped into Trejos for a coffee and happened to strike up a conversation with a gentleman in line named Vince. We started talking about our shared love of food, and the conversation eventually turned to cars. I mentioned that I might be in the market for a vehicle. Based on how knowledgeable he was about being able to ship cars from LA to Florida, and how honest and easy he was to talk to, I gladly took his cell phone number. I was impressed by how straightforward and professional he was throughout the entire experience. There was never any pressure, just honest answers and a genuine willingness to help me find the right vehicle. Even though I wasn't planning on shopping for a car that day, I'm glad our paths crossed. If you're looking for a dealer who values integrity, treats people with respect, and makes the process comfortable, I would definitely recommend giving Vince at Future Auto Sales the opportunity to earn your business.”

“Haven't been in an accident in over 10 years but last experience had me wanting to use someone not immediately recommended by the insurance company. GAD came highly recommended by the Mercedes dealership. From the start, the team really treated me well and even arranged the rental car, took care of all the details with the insurance companies and corrected them when they had quoted the wrong parts as part of the appraisal. Great communication and would definitely recommend to anyone needing body work.”
