“I cannot speak more highly of the staff here that really went out of their way to help me. My vehicle broke down right in front of their place with a broken ball joint so it was undrivable. It was a couple hours after they were closed but some of the staff were still there. They waited with us for the tow truck and it took at least 45 minutes just to maneuver the vehicle into their driveway so it could be worked on the next day. Jacquees stayed and waited with us the entire time which was above and beyond any expectations of anywhere I have had repairs done. They had the vehicle repaired and ready to go the next day. There to be commended for their kindness as well as speedy and efficient repair

From initial intake of assessing the damage, getting estimates, and drop-off to the final result of the repair and pick-up, the entire process was perfectly streamlined and transparent. Everyone I've worked with at CARSTAR-Douglas (John K, Arshak, Nazeli, and Susie) were all excellent. They were cordial, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly felt like they looked out for my best interest at every stage in the process.
They've done beautiful job on my car, virtually no trace of any damage to the fender and more, finishing a day earlier than scheduled. It never looked this good since we got the car 10+ years ago. The team also went above and beyond and took care of minor cosmetic scruffs as well as a complimentary car wash, which were very kind of them.
I was referred to this location by a friend, and I confidently recommend CARSTAR Douglas to anyone in need as well.”

“I recently took my nephew’s car to Mexican Autobody and had a great experience. Javier was very professional from the start and gave us a fair and reasonable quote. He even offered a loaner car while the repairs were being done, which was a huge help.
What really stood out is his honesty. When unexpected costs came up due to more expensive parts, he was upfront about it and even showed receipts. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and stands by his word. It’s rare to find a shop that transparent. I ended up meeting him in the middle and paying a little extra to help cover the added cost. It wasn’t much, but it showed the level of honesty and integrity he has—he was even hesitant to ask for more.
The quality of work, professionalism, and integrity here are top-notch. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking to save money and still get excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future body work. I had never been through the process of getting my car repaired with them via a Geico claim, and they walked me through all the steps and answered all of my questions. They liaised with enterprise to ensure I had a rental why my car was being repaired, and they sent me frequent updates along to way to ensure I was aware of their progress and the potential date for which my car would be finished. I DROPPED MY JAW when I saw my repaired car, for it looked BRAND NEW and better than when I brought it to them. They also provided a complementary interior and exterior clean free of charge. “Was headed to the bank to pull out money to buy a new battery from AutoZone and came across B&M. I called and found out they had better prices and even installed my battery. He went over and beyond even cleaning and lubing the terminals before putting in the new battery. Last , be tested the voltage before I left. It felt good to support a local business instead of a big chain. I even got prices on some parts so no doubt, will be bak. Highly recommend!!”
