“I got into an accident and chose CARSTAR Douglas. The women at the front desk were so kind and extremely well organized. Kenny helped me out, got my car fixed and cleaned quickly. They also helped shuttle me to Enterprise when I dropped off my car and I was able to leave my rental there when I picked up my car. I love the convenience and attention to customer satisfaction.”

“I cannot recommend Bill and his team enough! His work is absolutely incredible. He goes above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is returned looking as though it just rolled off the dealership lot. Beyond his exceptional craftsmanship, Bill is honest, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. He made an incredibly stressful accident and insurance process so much easier to navigate, always taking the time to answer my questions and keep me informed. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work while treating customers with such kindness. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. Thank you, Bill and team!❤”

“I’ve known of Baker Paint & Body for many years going back to when Ron’s father was involved with the business, and I’ve continued using them over time for paint and bodywork on my vehicles. Ron has always been friendly with me, and the shop has helped me with several different repairs and repaint projects over the years. I currently have my Toyota Tacoma there again and I’m looking forward to seeing the finished result. I appreciate having a long-time local Pasadena body shop available when I need work done, and I’m hopeful this latest project turns out great as well.”

“They are excellent! We were helped by Moices, who was gracious, patient and informative. We're in the middle of a road trip and were scared something was dragging, we brought in our car and they checked it out and fixed it quickly. For three young women trying to get by and figure it out, it was really nice to be treated with respect and be supported.”

“I was scratched by a car while parked so had to get my rear bumper fixed after going to a couple of places & getting estimates they were the best price. Vatche was amazing talking me thru what they do and helping me getting the help I need since it was my first time there and he instantly helped even tho the office was only a few steps away and he could've easily directed me there. Mike from the body shop was so patient & walked me thru what to expect. Gave me an amazing price and was scheduled within the week. Picked it up a few days later and then came back 2 weeks after to get it buffed down. Absolutely amazing! The team here has done an incredible job and went above and beyond buffing out other scratches along the car at no extra charge. Mike answered any questions I've had after the work was completed. Will definitely come back to get maintenance done since they do both at the location. I'll admit I was stress and overwhelmed but their confidence and assurances calmed me down and I felt comfortable leaving the car in their hands. Seriously amazing work especially since I picked up my car while it was raining”

“10/10 experience at Rack Attack. We needed a hitch installed in under a week for an upcoming camping trip, they helped get it expedited and worked us in quickly for the install. They communicated super well, Cameron especially went out of his way to make sure we were kept up to date and was very helpful in honest feedback on which rack to choose. Pricing for install was very fair, and they even have price matching on racks so it's a solid one stop shop. Can't recommend highly enough”

“By far… RJ’s Auto Body is the best in the biz!!! If you’re looking for an auto body shop that combines exceptional craftsmanship with honesty and integrity, I wholeheartedly recommend RJ. I’ve taken two of my Lexus vehicles to him over the years, and both times I was beyond impressed with the quality of his work. RJ has an incredible talent for restoring vehicles that have been in accidents—it’s almost as if he brings them back from the proverbial dead. His attention to detail is remarkable, and every repair looks flawless, as though the damage never happened. What truly sets RJ apart, however, is his character. He is warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. In an industry where it’s easy to worry about being overcharged or taken advantage of, RJ is refreshingly honest. He never tries to upsell unnecessary repairs or inflate costs. Instead, he takes pride in delivering world-class workmanship at a fair price. With more than 20 years of experience, it’s easy to see why he’s built such a strong reputation. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction shines through in every vehicle he repairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RJ to anyone needing auto body repairs after an accident. If you want outstanding craftsmanship from someone you can truly trust, RJ is the person to call. You won’t be disappointed.”

“We needed a body shop job to be done , did a lot if search and found Collision Auto Repair Specialist in Pasadena. Called them up, this guy- Ray was very nice , we explained the problem , made an appointment and when in. Ray was very professional, checked the car, and gave the estimate. They did the job the best way possible and charged us at an unbelievable price. All the other estimates were much higher. We highly recommend this place. P.S. there’s another place with almost the similar name but Ray’s business name ends with the word “Specialist “. Thank you Ray ? We’ll definitely go back in case we need car’s job”
