From initial intake of assessing the damage, getting estimates, and drop-off to the final result of the repair and pick-up, the entire process was perfectly streamlined and transparent. Everyone I've worked with at CARSTAR-Douglas (John K, Arshak, Nazeli, and Susie) were all excellent. They were cordial, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly felt like they looked out for my best interest at every stage in the process.
They've done beautiful job on my car, virtually no trace of any damage to the fender and more, finishing a day earlier than scheduled. It never looked this good since we got the car 10+ years ago. The team also went above and beyond and took care of minor cosmetic scruffs as well as a complimentary car wash, which were very kind of them.
I was referred to this location by a friend, and I confidently recommend CARSTAR Douglas to anyone in need as well.”

He just did a complete retrofit upgrade of my Porsche 911 installing a back up camera and blind spot system. Despite the complexity of the task, he was amazingly reasonable. While there was an issue with the rear bumper mounting after pickup, the General Manager at Caliber Collision Pasadena (Colorado Blvd) personally called me, listened carefully to my concerns, and ensured that the vehicle would be brought back in and properly completed.
I especially appreciated that the matter was taken seriously and handled with care and customer attention. The paint and cosmetic work on the bumper itself looked very good, and especially the mounting of the bumper subsequently done and fixing was excellent. “Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the last decade. I arrived for an estimate to repair our Toyota Camry’s front bumper. The team quickly greeted me and took notes in order to provide a quote. In the meantime, they helped temporarily repair the bumper so that it was safely secured to the vehicle. They did this at no cost while I await the final repair estimates. It was incredibly thoughtful and will certainly earn them my business in the future.”

So I met Onik and I gotta say he looked at my damaged door and invited me in to go over the estimate. He’s a throwback to a time where people gave a damn and cared about the person, the problem and finding a solution.

“I found Cycle Gear through Google.Maps. I never noticed the store in that location even though I have been up and down south Lake ave. Hundreds of times. The store was clean the salesperson was amazing..I had stupid difficult questions which she fielded with professionalism and patience. The amazing thing about the salesperson was that when she was stumped she didn't hesitate to ask for help. I applaud her commitment to excellence while performing her job in times where people do less and expect more. Associate Sherill, whos name i didn't know until I called the store after receiving a text to write a review, is a 1% employee of a lifetime. It was her and her one that would have me shop at Cycle Gear again.”
