From initial intake of assessing the damage, getting estimates, and drop-off to the final result of the repair and pick-up, the entire process was perfectly streamlined and transparent. Everyone I've worked with at CARSTAR-Douglas (John K, Arshak, Nazeli, and Susie) were all excellent. They were cordial, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly felt like they looked out for my best interest at every stage in the process.
They've done beautiful job on my car, virtually no trace of any damage to the fender and more, finishing a day earlier than scheduled. It never looked this good since we got the car 10+ years ago. The team also went above and beyond and took care of minor cosmetic scruffs as well as a complimentary car wash, which were very kind of them.

Though we works on all car systems he excels on working with the more complex and sophisticated systems, like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and exotics. Regardless of what he’s working on he’s a protectionist taking great pride in his work.
He just did a complete retrofit upgrade of my Porsche 911 installing a back up camera and blind spot system. Despite the complexity of the task, he was amazingly reasonable. The team quickly greeted me and took notes in order to provide a quote. In the meantime, they helped temporarily repair the bumper so that it was safely secured to the vehicle. So I met Onik and I gotta say he looked at my damaged door and invited me in to go over the estimate. He’s a throwback to a time where people gave a damn and cared about the person, the problem and finding a solution.
