Terrible service as others said. Have a Mr chill inflatable doesn't power on. Reply was it has to be plugged in...You think? I'm not sure whats worse that reply on no reply. A bunch of jokers it seems. Time for Amex chargeback

I contacted them about a broken remote control they said they could replace it for me but I would have to pay shipping which was around $17. That's basically the price of a new car and remote control. In my opinion I was being taken advantage of not helped. I'll never do business with them again!!
