Alviso Marina County Park is a very nice and interesting place to visit with a constant flow of people. It is a fantastic park with beautiful trails, scenic views, and pristine pink salt beds. It offers a serene haven with stunning vistas and plenty of photo opportunities. The walking trails are lovely but sometimes narrow and offer no shade. The area can feel very secluded. The park is an awesome place for flight enthusiasts. Restrooms are available by the parking lot and are standard but nice and clean. There is no playground or picnic area, and it is not very dog-friendly. A downside is the unpleasant smell of sewage sometimes noticed.
Got to see some trains near the crossing. Very nice place to ride bikes. City feels kinda abandoned which makes it funner.

When I visited 3 years back there was so much water here it looked like the ocean. This time I could walk on the ocean. Wished there was more water - not sure if it is global warming, it’s a charming and historic spot nonetheless.
