“They were very helpful. The staff answered all our many questions about our phones and purchasing new phones. They explained the plan options and the costs associated with promotions, pricing of new phones, credits if any for our phones and monthly financing of them. It is something we need to think about, because our phones are old and new promotions might need us to change our phone number and such!”
