“I needed to get my new phone activated and was having a hard time connecting with someone at the general AT&T phone number so I decided to go into the store. From the time I walked in until the time it was activated and back out the door was less than 10 minutes! Joshua assisted me and was very helpful and efficient. After getting it connected, he tested the text messages and phone and all was good to go! I will definitely plan to go into the store in the future for assistance.”
