“I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week.”

I was referred over by his good friend and I can say that I am blown away by the service. Rhod met me at my workplace and made the drive from Anaheim to Mission Viejo. He introduced himself and gave me the summary of what needed to be done. He promptly began working on my Lexus ES It took about 2-3 hours total and when I was the car after it looked like brand new! I had quotes for up to $1000 and taking several days. Rhod did it for me for $450 and only a few hours. Don't wait on other services and give them a call! He spent a good 20 minutes checking everything for me. I told him I was going to a competitor’s store to buy batteries and he talked to his manager and he gave me a discount. I went with Autozone. This was an important decision because truck is for work and it needs to be reliable. Also the truck needs 2 batteries so spent over $500.00ThanksJim”
